Rampello is the downtown partnership school for children whose parents either work or live close to Tampa's downtown district. The school is three blocks from Holland & Knight's Tampa office, and an easy walk for volunteers. While most of the parents work, 33% of the students are on free or reduced lunch, indicating the poverty.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay have infused a school-based mentoring program and the school, and have enlisted the support of Holland & Knight volunteers to be the Big Brothers and Big Sisters for Rampello students in need of tutoring, or just a caring adult to talk with about hopes and dreams.
